Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns for orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple items to try in person and returning those not preferred (“bracketing”). Please order items you genuinely intend to keep so we can reduce unnecessary processing and ensure fairness to all customers.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@mon-elise.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, monogrammed products)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union (and UK) 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@mon-elise.com.
